Bad Service at King Price
I have been a customer at king Price for Three years now and insured two of my cars.
When both of my cars went out of motor plan/ motor warranty I then opted to take the insurance for extended warranty which also covers my gear box at 35k.
Today my car has a problem with gear box and which the car is at dealer and the quote was sent to king Price and today when I do a follow up I am told my car is not insured to replace the clutch kit because my car is a manual car???
Initially when I opted for the extended warranty was to make sure that any mechanical issues with the car I would then know that I am covers😒 but today I am being told that sorry your car is a manual car therefore it t is s not covered so my question is my then cover my gear box for 35k to f you can’t fix it now???
I pay close to 4K a month with king price and today king Price is failing to fix my car???
Surely they are prepared to lose a client that spent this much.
Will definitely be opting for other insurances and will make sure that I vacate this insurer the one that I trusted so much.

These are questions we are being asked by your sales people when insuring your belongs.
I will arrange for the car the to be towed to my house from the dealership.
But thank you king Price for not being there when needed you.
This month will be the last month. Am doing business with you guys.
I guess am wiser now going forward.
