Bad service and upaid claim

Good day, I am disappointed at Kingprice insurance. My car was written off for a scratch & dent. The car was still drivable with not internal issues or engine problems as the dent was at the back. Okuhle was my consultant who was communicating very well at first until she sent people to tow the car on the 25th July I never got any feedback from her thereafter. I called Kingprice numerous times they tell me they have no idea why the car was written off in a firt place however they'll assist me with my payment. Till today I don't have a car, no courtesy car, no one is assisting me. Carmen promised the sort it out but still nothing. I am really struggling to take kids to school & myself to work. This is frustrating for me at this point because I never skipped an instalment but their service is very unprofessional to me.
