Bad service and empty promises

I was in an accident in the beginning of July, Rudia auto body shop was selected to fix the car. The car was hit from the back. The car was still moving. October 2024 the car was still not done. This was unacceptable. King price and Rudia auto body shop kept blaming each other on what is causing the delay. a month later there is an issue with the car. I am writing this complaint because again King price and Rudia auto body shop are blaming each other on the delays. Meanwhile the paying customer is left without assistance. What is frustrating is that every time when i call to follow up they blame each other. The service is bad, and no one takes responsibility. They make empty promises and do not deliver, one needs to walk in top the shop to get assistance. These two companies are unreliable and create a lot of unnecessary inconvenience to its customer. King price is still to get back to be on the 3rd party claim that was initiated in July 2024. The delays are unacceptable, and management team is aware and yet they do nothing from both king Price and Rudia auto body shop.
