Bad service and any excuse not to pay out

I recently had an accident after 20 years of no claim nor accidents. the windscreen, nudge bar and front grill was damaged. The outcome of the claim was the windscreen damage was not due to the accident as a stone mark was on it and there caused the windscreen to crack. the nudge bar which is 2 weeks old costed me R5500 and i insured it as such, apparently that was under insured.

King Price, will find any excuse not to pay out. i had to submit a separate claim for the windscreen and pay additional excess. If i wanted the nudge bar replaced, i would then have to pay auto magic's mark up if 20% over the R5500.

shocking, dont use King price.
