Bad Service 😠

Since my accident on the 26-09-2021 it's been a hassle with this company. It took them 3 weeks just to approve my claim for starters. Frustrating as that may be no updates from their side I have to constantly phone them what's going on and what's the way forward. Accident happened in the EC visiting family and I live in WC. Car left behind in the EC so you can imagine my frustration. Last communication I got from them was on the 15 Oct telling me my car will be fixed by a certain company. Today when I called them I'm told my car is in East London being fixed by a different company, imagine. No communication whatsoever. Friends of mine warned me about you guys but hey I thought not everyone will have the same experience. Very disappointed, hurt, angry at you guys I'm not going lie.
