Bad service

I am so disappointed with king price... I called and it took forever for them to answer the phone as if the calls are free and i dont have a life... Then finally someone answered and transferred me to the right department only to hold for another 30min on top of the hour i was holding trying to speak to someone... So king price is this how it is when you got a client? Now that i have joined the "family" im not important anymore... It just shows that when i have to make a claim im gonna be send from pillar to post... Now because of this im going to pull out
