Bad service

So i hit a pothole a week ago. So theres damage to my control arm and anti rotational link. My car is not drivable if i drive it there will be more damage done. This morning i got a call from king price saying because the damage is less than my excess they will not be able to help, i must go get my car. I mean I’m paying you so that when i have a problem you will be there to help me. I don’t mind paying the damaged amount and will pay all the expenses. At least just take care of your clients and ensure their vehicles get fixed. Don’t just drop them and tell them to go get their car.
