Bad service
I had a bad experience with King price insurance this year, i had a geyser burst around September and my entire home was flooded they came and evaluated then weeks later came and fix some of the damages. To this day some my kitchen ceiling is still damaged, walls on my passage are still looking horrible. I've called them numerous times to try to get them to come finish this mess in house but nothing is being done.

On Friday I received a call from the contractor that was appointed to do the work they wanted to come and assess the damages and I refused because they have done 4x assessments in the pass months i have those assessments and reports on my emails. I want them to come fix all that they assessed the last time. To me it seemed as if they want to buy time by doing these assessments. Later they confirmed that they will come sometime this week but now I just texted them they say they will come next week Wednesday 20/12/2023 . I'm really fed up with this issue
