Bad Service .

What a mess . I put in a claim in January 2025 that was declined due to unforseen circumstances ( that i know accept after all the investigations ) ..Went to umbutsman only now in December has it been finalised . That is a long story . My complaints is what they say and what they do is not the same eg when this happened they automatically cancelled my insurance right there and then no questions asked no time to defend no matter how old my policy was . I was told i was a high risk client . After the investigations i was first told i canceeled the policy ( what a load of .........) , then itcame out that they ( king Price ) accidently cancelled the policy .I was also told ( beteween the lines i can move my insurance back to them). However i have not recieved any appology or phone call from King Price concerning this even though my corrospondonce with umbutsman and King Price stated i would like an appology . Funny how you get told you more than welcome to take your buisness back to them but you get no corrospondance concering your high risk profie . So my question is Am i still a so called high risk client Question 2 .Abput my inbetween insurance time . Question 3 Also obviously my new insurance company is more exspensive than King Price ( so why have i been paying this if i was accidently cancelled as per umbutsman and King Price corrospondence ) .

So in conclusion Allmost a year latter , lots of mail etc and i still dont have the answers or appolgiese .
