Bad service
I sent through a cancellation letter to King Price insurance on the 29th October 2021.Yesterday(25th November)they deducted money from my account again.I feel like they're trying to force me to stay with their insurance.

Our retentions department made 3 attempts to contact you telephonically but to no avail. Our protocol is to contact the policy holder telephonically on a recorded line in order to process a cancellation request. We have however processed the cancellation as per your written request.
