Bad Service!!!!!
I have made 3rd party claim around June 2022 and it was processed and now I have to wait another 3weeks for payment to reflect in my bank account while I am struggling without the car cause it is damaged and need to fix it. The service is the worse and I need my 3rd party claim reflect ASAP no clause stated that the payment would take 3weeks after submitting the bank statement.
