Bad service
I am very disappointed with their services. My VW Polo's windscreen needs to be replaced as it was damaged. On the 24 of December 2019, Autoboys came to replace the windscreen. To my surprise, the windscreen wasn't Volkswagen. It was some brand that I don't even know. I sent the gentleman back and called King Price to enquiry about the issue. I need a Volkswagen windscreen as my car is under an extended warranty. I spent R100 worth of airtime going from pillar to post. They need to give Autoboys approval to get a Volkswagen windscreen. That's all.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the outcome of your windscreen replacement. An alternative windscreen does not affect your warranty at all. The quality of the alternative windscreen is in no way inferior to that of a manufacturers glass.
The use of alternative parts are a norm within the insurance industry as this allows insurers to keep costs down which in turn allows us to keep premiums lower as well.
