Bad service

King price you made me feel like a *****ster after asking Warren why he was taking this long to process my claim,my car was hit on the 22nd of November today its the 4th of December yet Warren asks me why im in a hurry for it to be processed. I have 2 cars with you and I liked king price as it was affordable but now their agents threatens us,im going back to miway its expensive but professional and they treat their clients with respect. Apparently my claim is gonna take longer as im not important and Warren has too many claims. I need a small car that saves petrol for my work but no king price says relax its not important. Two weeks has passed already. Why must I have an insurance if its gonna take me a year to replace my car im hurt I trusted you. Im canceling my business with you and please train Warren as his tone was threatening it was as if i killed someone.
