Bad service

I've been with King Price for 6 years and have always been happy with their treatment and service that I even write reviews here praising them. On Saturday I spoke to Mpho who was ment to sort out my policy for me. He advised that he had system issues and if he could call me back Monday since I was also driving. Yesterday he didn't even have the common decency to do so even both today. I'm not impressed with how unprofessional his operated and contemplating taking my business elsewhere.
