BAD SERVICE ?

It is really sad that insurances make us feel like they are doing us a favor by paying out our claims King Prize mademe feel small they made me feel Ike I'm doingsomethingwrongby claiming. I was claiming for the third time for my motorcycle in a period of 6 months and I also insured my riding gear and action camera. I submitted a claim on Monday by Wednesday submitted a quote and footage of what happened on the day of the accident now it was up to King prize to approve but I waited for two weeks and with no clear indication on what is delaying the process after the assessor told me he can see on the footage that it's not my fault. On the last day of business week on the second I called them to enquire about my claim they told me they waiting for the manager to approve I told them I need to speak to the manager, they put me on hold and came back to tell me the manager will approve it today I insisted that I want to speak to the manager they put me on hold again and came back telling me it's approved they will send me a Disclaimer I must sign and send it back to them. Why do I have to go the extra mile to get my claim approved and it became worse when I was following up on my camera I gave them pictures of the broken camera I gave them pictures of serial numbers of the camera and sent them a quote but they approved it and approved it for a different quote that came out cheaper that my camera and when I looked at their quote it was the Intsa 360 one r 1inch Mod instead of the Insta 360 twin edition that I have. It became a hustle and they told me after that they will pay the full amount but it will be in a form of a voucher but I did not want fight with them I agree even though I did not have to agree to tha as I'm not obligated to buy it from takealot. They really made be feel small and they asked me did you buy a new jacked your claim was paid out but the funds have not even reflected on my account ? they know after the funds are released it takes 3-4 days to reflect and they asked me stupid questions and I still need to look for a jacket. There is a lot that really anoid me about King Prize just typing this makes me more anoid and when "Mikaelna" from King prize called me to discuss my policy I took all my frustrations on him for a whole 30min but he handled the situation very well. They really made me to think of looking for another insurance because I'm not comfortable with them now I feel like when I claim again they will look for anything to decline now. When getting an insurance you want a peace of mind d but now I really don't have that at all.
