Bad service

I took kingprice insurance last year November, now in June i wanted to make a review because the premium is not going down. To my surprise, the lady who was assisting me noticed that the daytime address was spelt wrong, she changed it and instead of the premium to go down, she increased the premium. I tried to explain that the person who sold me the insurance is the one who wrote it wrong, he was white, and struggling with the pronunciation, she didn't wanna take it, she changed the address and the premium went up. I'm so disappointed at kingprice and as we speak, I'm looking for another insurance
