Bad Service

I am a new client at King Price. I am currently regretting moving to King Price. The service started of being very good when I got my quote, but since then it has been dismal. I was debited incorrectly I called the call centre and was promised an immediate refund that was on the 3rd of March I waited a week and called again I was promised that I would be contacted by a supervisor. That didn't happen after numerous calls and emails and promises on behalf of King Price I decided to do a reversal at the bank as I realised King price does not value their clients nor do they keep their promises. I also queried what the correct amount of my premium would be they could not advise, I was told yet again I would be contacted I am still waiting. I really do not know if this is a joke as I have never dealt with a company who sends you emails to compliment them immediately but they are all talk and no follow through, it's disgusting. After reading all these complaints on hello peter it seems that bad service is what King Price is about.
