Bad service.

I signed up with Kingprice in 01.08.2020. I then had a problem with my sunroof and reported it to them. I was then notified to take the vehicle to Auto Magic out in maitland to have the damages assessed. After waiting for about 2-3 weeks later I received a call that the vehicle had to go to a VW specialist to have the vehicle assessed again. In the interim the guy that was the regular driver received a call saying the the sunroof was not assured due to wear and tear. My question thus is. Why was the vehicle sent to one specialist and then to another. After investigating what the cost would be to have it repaired I followed up and was told that it was not part of the policy. Once again why was I sent to 2 different company's to have a ba*****t done and then get told it was not covered. I will never recommend any one to Kingprice.
