Bad service

<div>My cars rear window was smashed and when I claimed via the AAP non of the kingprice claims consultant bored to call me back, the access of the window was way too high R750 and I stay in Pretoria but they referred me to a company in Joburg whereby I decided to go and repair the window which cost me R450 but even the service I am receiving with the insurance type of kilometre per rating is *********and not well managed, I called them and ask them to cancel my policy due to the level of service but the consultant said their retentions team are currently busy that she will request they call me back whereby I am still waiting for a phone call but I would advice ppl not to join the king price insurance they have bad service when you’re their customer</div>
