Bad service

I have had the waste experience with king price. I had an accident on Sunday 27th, until yesterday enough it's enough, the is no communication what's going on and an added debt order of R2600 went through my account with no clear indication what is the amount for after they tell u it a levy fee.i had to ask them where is my car? .i had to call them every second day to find out what's going? The answer get is we have up lefted ur car what does that mean. it's the 6th day, they still waiting for my car to be inspected.. Someone said the would call me with regards to the information whats going on Yet u guys want me to pay access fee which high than than any insurance I ever came across For a bumper R21000. Wow guys I'm on way to collect my car I don't even have a car to move around with but yet I pay king price 1400 - 1600 every month with no mistake.. the regard king price as the best insurance, what I'm receiving it the waste experience i can't go other few day using public transportation.I asked to release my car so I can try fix it my self..
