BAD SERVICE
If there was a 0 I would rate that. So 3 weeks ago I received an email stating that my premium will increase effective 01 April 2020. I then called them and spoke to Quintin Barnard on the 21 Feb 2020 who adjusted my policy accordingly. I was told the New instalment would be R1084 received the confirmation via email as well.
I have just received another email now 29th Feb 2020 to say my premium from 01 April 2020 will be R1400?
How come?

These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
But you know we do our best to save you as much money as possible.... So we have sent a copy of your message on to our Broker retention's division, who will be in touch to discuss your policy.
