bad Service

I am very upset with King Price Insurance, the service is really and bitterly bad. this morning I woke up to an increased premium which was never discussed or even was I notified about the increase. I am not sure if this is the way things are being communicated at King Price. The other issue is when it comes to claiming an item which was missed placed I need to report it to the police. Honestly not sure what exactly to tell them if I missed placed my spectacles or even what do I expect them to do. The service is really an issue which I am not happy at all about. The impression am getting here is things are decided on your behalf without the clients consent.
