Bad service

We pay insurance companies for conviance, I have made a claim for the the windscreen to be replaced, I'm being told the work with the single service provider, when there are other providers in my area that are open. What's the point of having an insurance that is not working for me when I need them... I need my car to be fixed before I travel for work and it seems that it won't be possible because of the stereotype insurances like King Price
