Bad service

I have been with King Price since 2012 and have never claimed My pc and cell phone were stollen from my home. After getting bad service and no reply i have just been notified that they will not be replacing my cell phone,because according to them it wasnt specified. No where on my policy does it specify that it must been. I am a pensioner so there is small chance i will be able to replace it after being ripped of by my excess. My advise to anyone else to rather go to Outsurance. A better deal is what you will get. My car and my daughters is with them and i will not be charged any excess if i claim. I am 62 years old and have never so humiliated before by any company
