Bad service

December I submitted a claim for my windshield, last week after I emailed them they phoned to say they will phone tomorrow and get my work adres and repair my windshield ( that was Tuesday I think) the Friday they phone me to say they are at my home adres, I am at work and asked if they can come the Monday to my house to repair they said that it’s fine ( I was leaving for a weekend away so couldn’t wait) Needles to say I got a fine for my windshield on the weekend. So Mondays no-one pitched Tuesday I phoned them with a big effort they said it will be done before the end of the day. Yet again King Price showed me how patheic they are and did not come trough! Now I have to probably phone them again to FIX MY WINDSHIELD
