BAD SERVICE
I have been insured with King Price for almost a year now and have not received the DO NOT TOW sticker. I have contacted them on many times via email and they return a call with falls promises of sending the sticker and claiming that they have sent the sticker to the address I have provided them but amazingly I have received other letters but nothing from King Price.
This concerns me that I am not able to be assisted on such a small plea - how on earth should I believe that I will get help when I really need their insurance? Will I need to beg for assistance when an insurance claim arises?
This is unacceptable!!
