Bad Service
I am truly not happy in a way that my claim, CKP***/1 was handled. I do not think it was fair to wait in abeyance for a claim to undergo administrative processes in Damage Assessment, Claim Validation and Work Authorization for almost four weeks considering the subsequent technical work by the panelbeaters.
