Bad Service

<p>My partner was in a car accident earlier this year. Claimed from you and you "fixed" it. But there are a problem. Tha passenger side vender moved in the accident. Your assesor did not take note of it to be fixes. So i have an gap between my side vender and my bonnet. Then secondly my hooter got damaged in accident and were not fixed either. When we picked up the car from panelbeater they saw the problem and contacted you about it. They and neither we heard from you to fix the damage that was caused by the accident. So what can i do? Must i go see an ombidsman to spolve this?</p>
