Bad service
Hi i Joined King Price in 2015 March,<br> 2016 they raised my premium without consulting me from R1200 to R1800 and when i call to cancel the contract they never took me serious i call more than 5 times, i even sent email to client support but they never respond.<br> <br> And if you ask my advise King Price is a NO GO AREA.<br> <br> Their service is poor and un acceptable.

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
But you know we do our best to save you as much money as possible.... So I have sent a copy of your message on to the Client Care division, who will be in touch shortly to discuss your policy.
