Bad service

I had logged a claim regarding my conter top and stove burning.an assessor whom I presume was not qualified enough to give the report sed that my stove n counter top burnt due to spilling..how did he get to this I asked .as the photos taken would have gad stains from. Food ect...however the claim was rejected.does king price insurance expect my kitchen to burn down to replace my contents.i have since emailed complain dept.who acknowledge receiving my complaint but gas not yet gotten back to me.in the meanwhile I am preparing documents to send to the ombudsman..I am also looking to change my insurance company..I have 2 cars home n contents with kingbprice..VERY UNHELPFUL..N I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICES.I NOT RECOMMEND KING PRICE INSURANCE TO ANYONE...
