BAD SERVICE
Wow such a horrible service we received from Sebastian an agent from the King Price call center yesterday ,just a simple request to speak to his superiors he refused and said they will call us back but nothing happened ,WE ARE PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR A COURTESY CAR SO IN CASE ANYTHING HAPPEN TO OURS THEN WE HAVE A MODE OF TRANSPORT TO TAKE US TO WORK WHILE OUR CAR IS BEING FIXED ,AS AM WRITTING THIS MY CAR IS STILL WITH THE PANELBEATERS BUT I DONT HAVE A CAR TO TAKE ME AROUND AND HE REFUSED TO HELP US SAYING THAT THEY CAN ONLY HELP FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS ,SO WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO NOW COS WE HAVENET RECEIVED OUR CAR BACK FROM THE PANEL BEATERS .***
