Bad sales service
On the 4/05/2021 I phoned King price for household insurance and I spoke to Nishan Naidu and he took all of my details to do a quote. The guy promised to call me back on the same day to finalise the application but he never did. Instead he went and did a credit check on my profile and when I emailed him for feedback he ignored me and its been 8 days without any response from him. Never have I ever been treated like this by an insurance company. King price service pathetic and poor imagine if this was a claim.
