Bad result from claim from King Price

My son was in an accident 20 July. Arthur Mphahlele skipped a robot, drove into my son. Admitted his quilt after the accident. When we put a claim in against his third party insurance at king price, he changed his story, resulting in a conflicting story between us and him. King price rejected our claim. We have video footage, from the sasol garage, that he skipped the robot and drove into my son. We just need to be in the same position as we were before the accident.
