Bad response or poor service

Im very disappointed today with the service i have received from my insurance and its appointed road side assistance, my car broke down at about 7:30 and i phone the insurance at about .. they gave me the number of the company that will assist me the name of the company KEITHS TOWINGS SERVICES PTY LTD. i phone and i spoke to Keith who ask me to send pictures and he promised that Sabelo will attend me. I also receive Sabelos number from the insurance *** who promised to come when i phoned him at 8:45 he was very rude he told me i qoute must i throw down the car that im carrying and come to you unqoute.
