Bad reference

Hi

I really want to complain about the services received from Galliga Autobody Panelbeaters.

On 4/11/2017 we took my daughter’s Proton Savy to them to do the repairs of the hail damage as approved and requested by you. That’s now exactly a month later and we still don’t have the car back.

We were told that the car would be ready for collection within a week and each and every week since 13/11/2017 I have to phone them and request an update of the repairs. If not one excuse then another!!

Last week we were promised that the Savy would be ready by Friday 1/12/2017. When I phoned them guess what, just another excuse. The latest one now is that they would phone me today and inform me about the progression of the repairs and when we can get the car.

Guess what again??? No phone call, no nothing and no progress report.

I really would like to put in writing my utter disgust for this service and also that I will seriously reconsider making use of your services as insurance broker again.
