Bad Panelbeaters

I recently had an accident. King Price told me what panelbeater to use. I paid my excess and waited for my new bumper to arrive before taking my car in on 24/10/2023. It should have been a quick job but after receiving my car back the first time there were issues. Bumper was wrong and paing job was done horribly. Took the car back to the panelbeater that King Price sent me to and they said they'll fix it. Went back to collect the car again and it looked worse. Leaked paint on spay job. Called King Price 3 times to complain but all I hear is that they have sent an email to the service provider. Like really I'm paying you King Price. It's your job to make sure I get my car back as quickly as possible from the panelbeater in the same way it was before the accident
