I got in a accident on the 22nd of December on rainy night I made a claim the following day its been the worst ever service iv ever received as a customer everything took long I had to chase to get answers finally when the do they asses my car then they tell me it's a write Off a investigator called FRANS Jacobs will contact me, he did an interview recording and asking all sorts of questions some which are not even relevant questions about my career and personal things also went as far as making me sign an agreement that I Wil be investigated further and even my social media profiles will be checked form that day I just knew that trouble is coming not because I had anything to hide or the accident Was my fault I had made research and I saw complaints about the investor called Frans who goes out of his way to find all the loopholes he can find to decline your claim. Indeed it was true after 4 weeks of waiting and chasing my claim is rejected it said my car is unroadworthy and a tire specialist was hired to check my tires but they have not sent me that report to see what that tire specialist found I'm so hurt stressed and diapointed

Iv worked so hard to have this vehicle and put my trust in an insurance company to cover me this was my first ever accident but they don't care they not even bothering to fix the 3rd parties car iv been paying for nothing all this time

My father has the same insurance and I saw how they treated him and his claims I thought IL get the same treatment but instead I got the opposite I started reading reviews about them I was shocked at the amount of claims rejected and the bad service people received I regret ever joining this insurance I could have saved the money I pay for premiums and fix the car my self now I'm left with a damaged car that needs to fixed and a bank loan since the car is under finance I Don not know what do and iv lost hope
