Bad insurance services

I am much disappointed by this Insurance that I am paying called Kingprice , I had a problem today and desperately needed some roadside assistance but to my expectations I went to the app to send them a claim and the nature of my claim but they call and hang up I send so many claims even on Twitter trying to get hold of them but to my luck they haven’t responded but each monthend they are debating money 🙁 that show they only care about money and not us the policy holders
