Bad experience with King Price insurance

My car was bumped and I logged in my claim took my car to the accessors at Automagic Montague Gardens since it was a close brach to where I stay so I asked the guy who was assisting me to book the car he told me they can only book my car mid November....had to call back my Insurance to ask them if they can look for a place that is not full eventually they referred me to Auto Magic Cape gate ...got a call from Auto Magic head office they wanna confirm with me the quote mind you am not a mechanic so I according to my statement and the claim description I did specify that I was bumped then I bumped a car that was Infront of me but luckily it was not damaged cz it has a tow bar but my drill Tream it's broken...that has to delay my claim process eventually they came and take the car to fix it went to collect it yesterday my drill tream its not fixed cz it was not included on the quote i sent a email to the claim office yesterday....They didn't bother to call me.....am really very disappointed it wasn't first time claiming into my insurance already have a bad experience 😔
