Bad experience with King Price Insurance

I’m very disappointed with King Price Insurance, after initially giving them a good review based on the assessors report they have now decided to prolong the authorisation of the claim by appointing someone who requires additional information that is completely unrelated to the accident. I regard their unnecessary and frustrating action as an attempt to delay and ********ly decline the claim.. I mean we take insurance covers because we want to avoid the inconvenience and stress related with accidents but now I find myself being anxious about King Price asking me questions that have absolutely nothing with the car accident. I never experienced this with previous car insurance companies. I thought King Price is a credible car insurance company. It seems like I was wrong.
