Bad Experience with King Price claim for written off vehicle

Hi all While the people at King Price was friendly and helpful, their ultimate process for settlement is shocking. I had the unfortunate incident where my car was written off on 26/02/2021. It took King Price more than a month to wrap up the process. As i am writing this review, i am still awaiting funds to be settled and paid to my account. The delays and want for information and process of interrogation made me feel like a ********. This was a really unpleasant experience and traumatic to an extent. It was worse than the accident itself in my opinion. Then there was the inconvenience of having to make do with one car as we are unable to purchase another vehicle while waiting endlessly for this process to be concluded. In conclusion, this was really not the best experience i have had with King Price, sadly!! regards, Randall Habana
