BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KING PRICE

Hello Peter,It’s been a Month already and there’s nothing clear on what’s going to happen with my Car at that i insured with King Price for the past 3 year without even one claim , their service is VERY VERY POOR ,the assessor that’s busy with my claim ,Quinton doesn’t even bother to give feed back or update me,….initially he asked for Bank statement that shows the day before an accident and all other documents,i gave them to him ,he kept quiet. He only updates me when i ask what’s the latest update now ,I have been with king Price ever since i bought my car ,i never even skip a month without payment,I am very disappointed with their service, The Assessor is that’s handling this is the WORST!!! ,i am so ****ed ,He asks for the same documents now and again ….I feel like they just don’t want to pay!!!! They are looking for every reason they can get to not pay ….I wouldn’t advise anyone to insure their car with King Price ,They’re HORRIBLE.
