Bad Experience to Great Experience

Had an awful experience with King Price trying to update my policy with a new car and ending my trade in car insurance. Basically my new car was added however one of my cars that was for trade in at a later date was cancelled on my policy which was not what I asked. I had to phone the call centre a number of times to get it sorted with no resolve and having to reapply for underwriting for a car I didn't cancel. Then I got a call from Ammarah Nair, what an absolute pleasure. She basically fixed everything within a few minutes and explained everything in detail. King Price you best keep this consultant as she managed to keep me as a customer after this whole mix up and has reassured me that King Price can still give good service. Ammarah Nair, once again thanks for fixing this, you are a STAR!!!!!!
