Bad experience

After paying my insurance almost 3 years without fail , my car was involved in a car accident on 27th and got written off . Till to date my claim has been finalised , I feel like my claim is not prioritised the lady Samantha harvey handling my claim never updates me unless I call her and ask , it’s been extremely slow and really frustrating as I have already given her all the information and paperwork she needs . I would like my claim to be processed by Monday the 3rd of June .2024
