Bad experience
I cancelled my insurance in April with King Price Insurance and they continued debiting my bank account which I no longer deposit money in and i had charges of R441 that they have caused me to pay as the debited for 3months after cancelation. They refused to pay this bank charges they have caused as they tell me about having a proof. When they called me they said all calls are recorded but when it comes to them taking responsibility they now want proof. Isn't all calls are recorded proof as they have to go the recordings and deal with the matter.. Bad bad experience with King Price Insurance and they refused to pay for charges they have caused.
