Bad customer service, ignoring customer after more damage found which was not repaired after accident .
My daughter was in a motor vehicle accident in Sept 2020 where her vehicle skid over a high median. The vehicle was repaired and I collected on 23/9. I signed off on the obvious seen damage and subsequent repairs. My daughter did complain afterwards that if felt as if the vehicle would roll every time she took a turn. I took the vehicle in for a service early December. This is when the mechanic informed us of some damage to the vehicle: Both stabilizer links torn, left rear shock leaking oil. Left front wheel nut missing, hub stripped. I immediately tried to contact KP and eventually got a message through to Monty Louw about the damage on 15/12. From this date I've sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, to which Rea Kgoathe only responded to on 05/1. In the email she gave me the claims assessor's details, namely Chris du Plessis and told me to follow up with him. She said that the repairers did see the damage but said it was normal wear and tear. From 05/1 I tried contacting Chris du Plessis numerous times through email and phone calls, as on 13/1 no response yet. In December I also asked Monty to send me the assessor's report - still not received. We have not driven the vehicle since it came back from service. Which makes me furious is that King Price and the repairer did not check the vehicle properly or had it tested by for example AA (because obviously they are not capable) to make sure there is no other damage, placing my daughter’s and other road users lives at risk. My emails were sent to every email address from King Price I could find, client care, retentions, claims, Monty, Rea, Chris to name a few - NO CALL BACK, NO RESPONSE.
