Bad customer service
When you report a claim by phoning you hang on very long. After hanging on for ever you get a request, that you can leave your number and they will phone you back.
That never happened and I did the request for 4 days.
I phone a private contractor, and 1 hour later he was there and gave me a quote
I instructed him to do the repair, as my property wasn't save with the gates not locking when closed. Since then it has been a struggle to get any response from them.
Mailed the relevant paperwork on the 2nd January, and again on the 4th January, and again on today.

Registered the above claim on the 2nd January and Digicall Assessing Solutions was appointed after 4 days.
They said that they would contact me within 2 hours which never happened.
I phoned them Friday afternoon and was told that they would phone me back within 10 minutes, which didn't happen.
So I have to open and close my main water supply all the time.
Can't use the washing machine or dryer, because the water is running into the wall plug.
Again shoddy service from Kingprice Insurance and Digicall Assessing Solutions.
Not what I expected.
