Bad Customer Service and Rude Sales Agents
King price has called me over 5 times in this last year and they want to try to beat my existing insurance quote but they can never beat it. I advised them to stop calling me but im still receiving calls from them on a monthly bases. I spoke to a lady now by the name of Andisiwe. When i advised her this, she just dropped the call. If you have people like this working for you company that just drops the call then this says a lot about king price. Who would actually want to take out insurance with people like that working for you. Bad customer service. Utterly disgusted.
