Bad customer service and non cancellation

On the 07/09/2022 I spoke to Makabongwe to cancel my policy and even send cancellation letter but instead Richard from retentions wanted me to join the insurance by force hence my policy is still not cancelled till today. Richard was bragging about the rankings and clearly mention that I don't want the service please cancelled the policy immediate effect. Worse Senzo was intimidating me instead of cancelling the policy and lecturing me about the hello peter and why I was referred to Helo Peter
