Bad Customer service

I called KP the other day to ask for a review on my policy first agent put me on hold to transfer me to a senior agent and the senior agent told me that KP cannot help me with my request and hence she did nothing, rather disappointing for KP ands how you good to your customers really because I was left where I was when I made the call still asking for a review.
